Release and Indemnity
In consideration of a permit having been granted to use archery equipment upon property located in Portage County, Ohio operated by the Wingfoot Bowhunters Club, the undersigned, for himself, his spouse, children, wards, heirs, executors, administrators, and assignees, does hereby release the Wingfoot Bowhunters Club, their agents, and officers, from all claims, demands, actions and causes of action for damage to property, or injury or death, while exercising the privileges granted by being a member of the club herein above referred to.
